Week one: Welcome to the group. Your experience of hypnosis and the New You starts here!
Week two: Dealing with cravings and an introduction to the amazingly simple and effective process of Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT or Meridian Tapping. This nifty little technique packs a powerful punch to not only help you deal with those annoying food cravings, it can also help you reduce stress and dispel those emotional triggers that often lead to over-eating.
Week three: Creating an intelligent relationship with food and motivation to exercise. This Hypnosis session is designed to help you get motivated -You’re on your way to a slimmer fitter you!
Week four: Dealing with the past. What’s done is done, now we’re looking to the future! This session we use hypnosis to help you let go of anything that may have been previously blocking you or holding you back. Release the rubbish and enjoy the freedom!
Week five: Making it work for you, for lasting results. This is the week where we pull all the threads together so that you can move forward to a lighter, brighter future with your new found confidence and skills.

Weight loss and healthy eating can make such a huge difference to our emotional well-being by increasing self confidence and self esteem, as well as contributing to our overall health and energy levels. The Oxfordshire Weight Loss, Lose Weight Feel Great! Programme is designed to do just that. You can also learn skills and strategies that can help you make good choices for yourself and the life you want to lead.
The programme consists of 5 weekly group weight loss sessions, handouts and 2 free CDs. The weekly sessions last 1½ hours. There will be ‘homework’ for you to do each week to maximise your potential and immediately consolidate your conscious effort and desire to lose weight with the knowledge that your subconscious mind has been given a huge boost to make the process easier for you. Now that’s good news!
Places must be booked in advance, there are only 6 places on each programme. The cost is £150 and a deposit of £75 is required when you reserve your place, the balance is due on the first day.
